Jill climbs through the hole in the rockfall
Spooky starts to open up after clearing the rockfall
The top end of Spooky slot canyon empties into a sand wash.
Heading up the sand wash to get to the point where we cross over to Peek-A-Boo slot canyon
The first group crosses over to Peek-A-Boo
We got to Peek-A-Boo several hundred yards upstream of where it really narrows down. This view is looking upstream
The first group enters Peek-A-Boo
We've gotten to the part where it starts to get deeper and narrower
We got to some other people negotiating their way around a muddy hole. This woman chose to go over and around it.
On the other hand, we took the direct route, through the mud.
If you were careful, you could step where the mud had been pushed aside by previous hikers, and not get your shoes all muddy.
This was the second mud hole. The log in the middle was our saviour!
Jumping over the last mud hole. You can't see the mud below, but it was really messy!
Also jumping over the mud
Uphill of the mud, I can see the first group disappear out of the slot into Coyote Gulch
Returning to the second group, still in Spooky canyon at this point...
Waverly works her way around and up the first obstacle.
Passing the pack up
Looks like a real tight squeeze!
