This is the famous "Great Cask", also known as the world's largest wine barrel. It is 23 feet tall and holds 58,000 gallons. It was built in 1751. Unfortunately it leaked, so it didn't get used much.

You can take a cablecar from town up to the castle, and then up to the top for a great view and snack.

There is only one track for the two cars, one going up and the other going down. They pass in the middle.
