Space Mountain/Potrero Loop

Description: This is a great loop ride with lots of singletrack and switchbacks for your biking enjoyment. Start with a moderate climb up the Space Mountain singletrack. At the top, continue across the Los Robles Singletrack all the way to Potrero Road. After a break and a snack, make your way back along the same trail for a ways but cut off onto Lynn Road for a short distance to avoid some walking hills. Next is a moderate climb up the Rosewood singletrack that leads back up to the top near the picnic table. From there it's back along the Los Robles Trail down Space Mountain and through the Whoop De Doo Trail that leads back to the beginning.

Directions to the Trailhead (Space Mountain): Take the 101 Freeway to the Moorpark Road exit in Thousand Oaks. At the end of the off-ramp proceed south toward the ocean. Take Moorpark till it dead-ends at Greenmeadow Avenue and park in the dirt lot on the right.
