At the top of J-Drop, on Rogers Road, the eastern-most segment of the Backbone Trail.

On the other side of Rustic Canyon, in the top-right, we can see a white line going down the hill

Zooming in closer, it's a little easier to see, but still hard to tell that this is a stairway that goes all the way down to the bottom. There's more than one stairway that goes down.
