The lichen on the rocks gets quite colorful when it rains

We had a lot of mist to deal with. The waterfalls were more clear in person than in many of these photos.

This is the same as the last picture, but enhanced so show more what it looked like to us

It took us awhile to cross this stream, but Angel found a way!

This waterfall set was very shy and would barely reveal itself through the fog

A slender waterfall in the distance, seen in profile

This waterfall falls down a mossy rock face, then splashes across the trail at its base. Last week there were just drips here. We had several closer view of this one.

A little further along the trail, we can see more waterfalls below

The waterfall on the mossy rock face

At the start of the Grotto Trail, we need to cross this stream at the vey right edge of the photo. In the center you can see where it plunges over a 50' cliff. We decided it would be prudent to turn back here.
Angel shows the crossing we couldn't quite make. The 50' waterfall is just beyond the left edge of the photo.
On the way back, we saw some different falls as the mist had cleared in some other places.
