Interested in joining some hikes?

The hikes that are shown on the Recent Photos page are organized through Meetup.com.

• Meetup.com is free to join and activities may be free to join, or there may be a small charge (usually $1). Meetup.com is made up of a number of groups; only the organizer and their assistant(s) may organize an activity. You can search for a group based on geographical location and topic or interest, eg, "hiking." Some hiking groups that may interest you in the Conejo Valley, Santa Monica Mountains are
   
• The Thousand Oaks Hikers Meetup Group (fast-paced hikes)
• The Weekday Trailblazers (Most hikes are midweek; moderate to fast in pace)
• The Calabasas Day Hikers (Mostly weekend and late afternoon hikes)
• The PM Hikers (Evening hikes)
• Fun in the Sun Club

There are other groups that lead hikes in this area, for example, the Conejo Group and Santa Barbara Group of the Sierra Club Las Padres Chapter.
